Color 101

Okay!  I am all hot to trot.  I have missed the last two Alpha challenges at The Craft Barn.  But I am ready to go here and now! I can't get into  my craft room yet but there are some things I can work with at the dining room table.

The letter is 'O' and I have chosen the word orbicular.  You can find this challenge here

Do you think that the word orbicular has anything to do with a circle!  I used Faber Castell Gelatos on my dictionary pages.  Izzy at the Craft Barn has a good tutorial about using this fun product.

I want to thank y'all for trying to help me with Bloglovin'.  As it turns out I am still learning about this feed.  To my surprise, the first of  July came and went and my computer did not blow up.  I was equally surprised to learn that a lot of the people I follow did not switch to anything but continued on with the Google feed. Live and learn I guess.

Thanks for visiting and leaving a little love if you have the chance.  And thank you too for all the comments on my granddaughter Nicole's post.  She was thrilled!!
Sandy

Holy Toledo! A post from Miss Sandy...I was so delighted to see this. Glad you are still being careful. Love what you did with the gelatos on this work. Very bright & striking. I'll have to check out the tutorial. I've only used them DTR, enjoyed that, but would love to learn new ways. I expect you felt so good to get crafty again, and happy you are still being cautious with the hip (DH agreed with your move comment-re: refrig probs. But you have that with anything you own. It's called Life, and sometimes - it just builds up...and one must shout about it!). TFS & for listening. We're enjoying a bit cooler weather..so lovely. Hugs

Oh yes, I'm still getting followers via the 'old way', which was much easier to use IMHO.

Ooh, get you with your "orbicular"! One of my favourite muscles - and one that I have to get the actors exercising all the time is the Orbicularis Oris (going all around the mouth... basically what you use to pout your lips!)...

Fabulous, colourful, powerful circles - great word choice and great page. Glad to see you're getting some crafty action, even if it's only at the dining room table.

Hope your hip is on the road to recovery...
