Sweets for the Sweets

Hey y'all!  I have posted four Valentines that I made for my daughter's kids.  The first is for Nicole who wants to go to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill - go Tar Heels!

The second one is for Caroline who wants to go to North Carolina State in Raleigh - go Wolfpack!

The third is for Joe,Jr. the only boy in the family!

The fourth is for Miss Sarah - the baby of the family and you know what that means.  She has her choice - Shape up or Ship Out!

I have made a little pocket on the back of each card for a secret note or a fiver!

I hope you have enjoyed my tag cards - I had fun making them.  You know I love your comments and it costs nothing to respond! LOL!!!

Thank you Sandy. I've enjoyed them very much. I like the variety of the three Tilda cards - same image but such cute, different looks and your boy card image is so nostalgic! Uber cute little kids.

Aww, Sandy, these are so precious! I love how differently each one looks. The pearls on the blue one are perfect! LOL I'm a lover of red and black together, so the Ladybug one is a winner, too. The vintage one reminds me of years gone by, and the fabbo color scheme on the last one is so bright and cheery! You are such a wonderful Grammie and friend! I've missed your work and your humor!

XOXOXO,
Chris

Haven't you been the busy lil crafter! It's probably cuz you have that gorgeous space to work in (yep I might be still a bit jealous and yes, I'm telling my husband when I grow up I want windows with a view!!!). Of course beautiful work with the tags and love how you've made them so differently based on the kids, but oh poor Joe Jr. stuck with all of those girls and his card made me giggle!

Sandy, you are a thoughtful grandma, the fives will definitely fit perfect in those adorable Valentines! I love the way you explained each grandchild and then their card, each one their own personality, so which one takes after you? I am glad you are able to enjoy them!
Love your craft desk too, you have a great view of the outdoors. Looking forward to more.

Very nice tags but I love the idea of the pocket on the back for a fiver! I'm sure they will be glad to get it!

Even my little grandson who is almost 4 know the value of money. He was helping me pick up the jackets and boots when we came back from our walk...He did all the bending and carrying to the coat rack etc. When I tried to give him a little reward he wasn't going to take it...but then he smiled and said OK, cuz he needed money! teehee

Wonderful tags, Sandy! How sweet and caring you are! Love the way you assembled and chose colors to go with the personality and path in life for every kid; that is also so thoughtful of you. Plus you used the same stamp for the girls to make sure they will not argue about:) I know how kids are. Also lovely card for the boy with such a cute image and bright colors; I see you are using brights lately, that means you enjoy life and feel happy:)
I'm sure the kids were so happy about them and I bet it wasn't long before they discovered the pocket with that little note:)
