It's Back to School!

I made a little journal spread for Art Journal Journey and the theme this month is "Back to School".
Thank you Elizabeth, this ought to be a fun month.

Well some of us have better memories than others!!

I must say I am very disappointed - something happened to my Adobe Photoshop and I cannot get it to work.  I was hoping to be able to show both sides so you could read the print.  Oh well - another day.

Goodness gracious, have you seen Valerie's post?  Her husband was soooo handsome.  Valerie you must have been a real cutie pie not to mention a live wire! Well you still are a live wire and I think cute as a button.  I love your smile.

I hope you all are well and I do so appreciate you stopping in to visit.  Feel free to have a little chat - I do love hearing from you!!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! This is EXACTLY how I feel when I head off for work some days! And I'm sure this is how my daughter feels when she has to head back to Charlotte after her way-too-short weekend!

Your journal pages are ADORABLE! Hugs!

Sandy, this is a fantastic first entry this month. I LOVE it, especially the little girl stomping her foot. They are both truly adorable.

I have no idea what happened to your PS, because my version is so old, it probably wouldn't help you much. But I can read both sides beautifully, anyway.

Yes, I agree that Valerie's husband was very handsome and Valerie is a genuine beauty herself. She is not only beautiful, she has a great personality and fun spirit.

I'm thrilled to see this beautiful entry for AJJ's Back to School. I promise, no worms!

This is fabulous and the images and sentiments are a hoot. I think most of us have had one of the kids act like that at one time or another so it was cute to see.

I love these pages, Sandy! That stamp artist sure captured the petulance of kids, didn't she/he, and you have written the perfect captions for them and made them the BEST background!! Hugs, Darnell

I grew up in the city and we all walked to grade school...walked home for lunch and back again. Perfect...even in bad weather we did! Only 6 blocks. But then JR and SR high and school lunches...gag! You got this right Sandy! This little gal says it all and your pages are fabulous! So adorable!

Someone is not very keen on school are they ;-)
I was able to ready the text fine when I clicked on the photos.
Happy September.
I stepped away from the computer for a bit and missed so much!

Fantastic journal pages Sandy, your images and sentiments really made me laugh, I love the cute image with "No I don't want to go to school" conjures up images of what some mothers would have gone through last week when the school year started here. Real fun pages. Have a good weekend.
