It's Been A Long Time!

Now don't you go and faint on me Valerie - I am indeed posting a journal spread.

I have been following Valerie at Bastelmania  for some time where she has the most delightful art journal spreads full of color and creativity plus wonderful pictures of Germany.  Anther friend, Patty at Magpie's Nest,  has fantastic spreads (so romantic) and her images of France send my heart swooning.    I want to recommend one other friend, Jane at Jane's Journal .  Such a fun blog to visit (you should see her grand dog - he is beautiful!) and I an really enjoyed watching her grand daughter growing up.  What a cutie! I think Daisy is three years old.

I am entering my journal spread into Art Journal Journey.  I think it is high time I tried to fly with the big birds!!!!   The theme for this month is 'Nature's Wonders'.  So please visit Art Journal Journey and join in the fun or enjoy the talented people who post there.

Okay kids, it's time for me to close and try to get this house cleaned up!!

I do appreciate your visits and comments of encouragement.  Please feel free to leave suggestions.  I need all the help I can get.  This is a real learning adventure for me.
Sandy xx

It has been a while and I've missed your posts, but you certainly have made up for it with this great spread.
Love how you've framed the picture, with the wildflowers, as if peeking through the mist at a magical scene.

Advice... advice Sandy! My advice would be to keep doing these fabulous journal pages. I've never visited Peru but it seems so exotic and colourful in my mind. I'm thrilled that you've joined in with Valerie. I've often thought about it... but you know me, not enough hours in the day as it is...but you never know I might just pop up like you one day.
Now what's this about another beautiful dog?!!?? I best make sure Muffin doesn't read this! She'd be heartbroken that you have eyes for others!
Good luck with your next page (because surely now you've started you'll keep going) Have fun xoxo
