Sleigh Bell Ring

It will be a miracle if I don't chop my computer into little pieces tonight.  I joined a Christmas Card Club and the instructions for me to post might as well be in Greek.  What Margaret sees on her computer and what I see on mine are worlds apart.  But Margaret is such a sweet lady that I will follow her directions to a T.

This is challenge #2 and the theme "Sleigh" was chosen by Maureen.

Now I have to tell you - my filing system stinks.  I keep redoing it but I could not tell you a single product  used on this except the sentiment is computer generated.

I would like to enter in the following challenges - hot dog, I don't do this very often.

Christmas at Sweet Stampin'  -  Bows

Crafty Time Challenges  -  Make it Sparkle

Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge   - Anything Goes as long as it is Christmas

Aud Sentiments Challenge Blog  -  Anything Goes

Creative Fingers -  Anything Goes

I seem to like the theme "Anything Goes" - so much easier than something like Blue Elephants.  Although I am fond of elephants.

I do hope you will come a visit me -  I do appreciate all of your comments (don't we all?)
Sandy

  1. Pretty card! I love the simplicity of the sleigh all by itself with the many Christmasy color paper layers. And that pretty bow! I love that swirly font for your sentiment. Like it's a regular font caught up in a swirling snow.

  9. filing, scmiling... who has the time? I think I have the same filing system as you but mine is totally because I have periods where I am completely disorganized.
I love the sparkle and glitter on this card and the CAS design. That diagonal striped paper is so pretty... when you first look at the card, it actually looks like piping.

  21. Hello my Friend, and you've made a gorgeous card, I love your image and those lovely silver bells.
I had to get a bit of help when I joined too, I think I'm fairly good on the PC, but there are always things that beat me, but usually someone knows how to.
I had to ask Christine how to link the member's names on my side bar, thankfully I've got it sorted with her help, glad you are aboard, Kate x

  28. I thought I was gonna have to man handle my computer this morning too, but found out it was the internet system. How do you give a firm lashing to something of an ethereal existence? I prayed and cussed and prayed some more then unplugged something and counted and prayed and then viola... I should just cut my computer up too and then we could mosaic a nice coffee table together with the pieces!
Now for the important stuff...your card is GLIMMERY FABULOUS and so ahead of schedule. I'm so proud of you and this just looks stunning. That font is pretty too!
Nicely done my friend, nicely done!
    Big hugs,
    Lisa x

Wink; I got you! Especially now since I've been flinging things around these last few days! Big hugs!

  40. Hi Sandy, we were off for a much needed 3-day weekend so I am late with my comment. Love the simplicity of your card. I like seeing the focal point right away instead of having to look for it among all the "stuff" on a card. Love it Sandy! Well done! Think of you often in the warm temps as we have sub-zero temps. Although, this week temps in the 40's then next week back to the looow temps.
