YUM


I am really quite amazed at the comments I receive and want you to know that you have made this senior citizen very happy.  Welcome to my new followers.  I feel as if I have my very own private art museum when I visit your blogs.  Thanks for all the fun!!


This is going to be a quick post.  I made a couple of dictionary pages for an Alpha challenge at the Craft Barn and missed the deadline .  What better time to post then right now!  I will give you three guesses what  word I used  --  the first two guesses don't count!



I will let my pages speak for themselves - the proposal is worth the read!!!!

    Sandy, these pages are awesome. I love the story that goes with them...made me laugh. The layout is fabulous. I really like how the pages are divided into sections but all flow beautifully together. Great background, images, and, of course, humour!

    I love these pages and this is now my favourite and will be until you create another. What a fun couple of pages... love the image of the girl and frog and think the story is such a hoot. Your daughter is a lucky girl to be the recipient of this fabulous book and what a keepsake it will be.

    Very beautiful pages Sandy. I love them, love what the pages say and love your art. I always love what you do because they are always fun or beautiful or both. I got home last night from CA. My son got sick on our way home from the airport and is now in the hospital with an un-diagnosed illness. I am hoping the Dr. decides what is wrong with him today.

    I love this Alpha challenge and your pages for it! LOL that princess and the frog are adorable and yet you've made them humourous! hehe

    Certain sounds like Mr frog is talking about a maid or nanny or something, not a wife lol!!!!

    Love your soothing background colors Sandy! You have such a way of making your pages flow seamlessly. I had to laugh I had wanted to put on my niece's prom picture "you have to kiss a lot of frogs, etc". I decided against it in the end. Not a very nice thing to do. Always love butterflies!

    By some blog friends I first write my comment in Dutch and then I translate it in English sometimes with help from the translation sites from the web. It is more work but easier for me because I can express myself better this way. And still it sometimes make no sense what I am writing LOL, I mean the grammar stays difficult. But now your letter P. I think you did an outstanding job with this word. Wow, great sense of humor together with a lovely story. Also the image with the frog is hilarious, such a funny image. The background is also a big WOW, those colors are fantastic with all the fabulous butterflies. It is a gorgeous fairytale!!! Hugs, Sylvia

    I have been waiting so long for this post and it is everything I thought it was! Love the beautiful background where you put the awesome story. You know I love butterflies and they are all over, so pretty.
    Your girl is beautiful but the story is so funny every time I read it, love your humor and that just makes your artwork so gorgeous. You capture everything. I love how your first page flows to the next one, very very nice!!!

    LOLOLOLOL...I'm over here laughing my ass off right now...HAHAHAHAHA...OMG..I love this page!!!! You know I am a huge fan of sarcasm and humorous endings and this page just gave me the best laugh.
    I meant to tell you that a few weeks back I made a special trip to the thrift store to buy a dictionary just for you. I know I'm late on the challenges, but that's okay, I love seeing what you've done with your pages and I want to do them just for fun. :)
