Flowers for a Friend

It is a beautiful Saturday morning here in the mountains and no sign of that stinky bear!!!  I am a little late in posting my August card for the swap group I belong to but I think they will forgive me this time. 


 My sweet friend Lau who is very talented and so very French, sent me some pretty flowers and I decided to use some of them inside of my card.  Thanks Lau!!!


A short little post - life marches on and I have oodles to do.  So excited about learning some new techniques that promises to be fun and will share as I go along.  For right now I have to make a granddaughter a birthday card - time's a wastin'!

    Pretty, pretty, pretty! Love the colours you've used and that's a great image. The card is so soft and delicate looking. Cute idea to put the bar of flowers on the side and I always like seeing cards finished on the inside and those flowers look great.

    Get a crackin on that b-day card! Glad the bear hasn't been around in a bit, but I'm sure he'll come back before the weather turns. Love all of the purples in this design and the boatload of flowers is wonderful.

    How beautiful the flowers are so soft and dainty. You colored it so perfect, I love the pink flowers on the side too. My hubby just brought me popcorn, gotta go,I am going to try to call u tomorrow.
